Prices are quoted in EURO per apartment and per day, excluding local tax and final cleaning.
The local tax (Ortstaxe) is € 2.60 per person per day.
The final cleaning fee is € 70 for the apartment and is not included in the price.
For short stays (up to 3 nights), a surcharge of € 4 per person per day applies.
Bed linen, dishes, and towels are provided; towel changes are available upon request.
Your booking is considered confirmed once a deposit of 30% of the total travel price has been credited to our account. If the deposit is not received by the agreed deadline, the reservation will be cancelled. Bank details will be provided in the reservation correspondence.Cancellation policy:

Please pay your invoice in cash on site or via bank transfer before your arrival.
