We also offer a single room with bathroom (shower and WC). This is located right next to the entrance of the apartment and can be booked to the apartment or also individually. Unfortunately, we do not offer breakfast. However, tea and coffee making facilities and a refrigerator are provided in the room.   • All prices are given in EURO per apartment and day excluding local taxes, excluding final cleaning.

  • The local tax is € 1.80 per person per day

  • The final cleaning is € 60 per stay and not included in the price.

  • Bed linen and towels are provided, towels are changed on request.

  • For a short stay (up to 3 nights) a supplement of € 4 per person and day is charged.

  • Your booking is considered as fixed, if the deposit of 30% of the travel price for your holiday has been credited to our account. If the deposit is not received by us until the agreed date, the reservation will be cancelled. We will inform you about the bank details in the reservation correspondence.

  • Terms of cancellation

    • Up to 2 month prior to arrival: free of charge

    • < 60 days until the day of arrival: 30% of the total travel price = deposit will not be returned

  • Please pay your bill either in cash on site or by bank transfer before your arrival.

  • Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the apartment.

  • The Austrian Hotel terms and conditions are regarded as agreed.
